AMS TRADE Partner, Lauren Peterson, spoke at this year’s American Bar Association’s IPL Spring Conference at the Grand Hyatt Washington in Washington, DC.

Ms. Peterson joined a panel of experts to discuss “Navigating Trade Secret Systems in a Rapidly Changing Innovation Environment.” The session addressed recent developments in policies and law involving the protection of trade secrets and the business aspects associated with trade secrets, including integration of trade secrets into business strategy and knowledge management and measures to keep information secret in innovation industries.
