Michael R. Doman, Jr., intellectual property and international trade attorney at Adduci Mastriani & Schaumberg, has been appointed Vice Chair of the International Trade Commission Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law (ABA-IPL) for the upcoming 2021-2022 bar year.
This position is within one of the largest organizations of intellectual property professionals in the world. The Section is highly respected and is an influential voice of the IP bar. As a leader, Doman will help shape views and policies advocated by the Section, promote relevant and timely programming and publications, and recruit and retain members of the Section, among other things.
Doman has been recognized in the field of Section 337 by the Legal 500 and has published numerous articles relating to Section 337 law. He will begin his appointment starting in September of 2021.
