Law360 published an article written by Sarah Martinson titled, “Infringing Luxury Vinyl Tile Imports Blocked From US.” The article addressed Certain Luxury Vinyl Tile and Components Thereof (337-TA-1155), a case in which Adduci Mastriani & Schaumberg LLP (AMS) was counsel to some of the respondents.

AMS reached a favorable settlement for their clients prior to the conclusion of the investigation. The respondents represented by AMS are therefore not subject to the recently issued general exclusion order, and may continue to import their luxury vinyl tile products into the U.S.
