Elizabeth Duall Regard is an international trade and customs attorney with experience practicing before the U.S. International Trade Commission, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the U.S. Department of Commerce. Her practice areas include antidumping and countervailing investigations, customs matters, and trade policy matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Liz served as an attorney-advisor in the Office of General Counsel of the U.S. International Trade Commission where she drafted Commission opinions and advised the Commission on matters related to antidumping and countervailing duty investigations.
Before joining the U.S International Trade Commission, Liz was a senior associate in the International Trade group of a large, international law firm where her practice concentrated on trade remedy proceedings, related litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and customs matters.
While in law school, Liz was a member of the George Washington International Law Review.
